Troubleshooting

Startup and Sign-In

If the app fails to load after launch, an error screen appears with a Retry button.

Try this:

  1. Click Retry on the error screen.
  2. Restart the app.
  3. Check your internet connection.
  4. Sign out and sign back in.

Generation Failures

Lyrics generation

If lyrics generation fails, check your internet connection and try again. Make sure your music topic has enough detail for the AI to work with.

Music generation

Music generation requires lyrics and a style direction. If generation fails, the app retries automatically up to 3 times. If it still fails, check your connection and try again.

Soundtrack generation

If soundtrack generation fails, a retry modal appears with the error message and a Retry button. When generating multiple samples, some may succeed while others fail. Tunedance keeps the successfully created tracks and skips failed samples.

Insufficient credits

If you don't have enough credits for a generation, Tunedance shows a dedicated prompt. You can purchase more credits from the credit purchase page.

Download and Export Issues

Track download fails

If a track download fails, the audio file may be missing from local storage. Try regenerating the track.

Album ZIP download fails

Album downloads require at least one track. If any audio files are missing, the ZIP creation stops rather than producing an incomplete archive.

Export to Wayaframe fails

Export uses a deep link to open Wayaframe. If Wayaframe is not installed, the link opens the Wayaframe website instead. If the export still fails, confirm the source audio file exists and try again.

Updates

Update check fails

If the app cannot reach the update server, it shows an error message. This does not block the app from running. Try again later from the Updates page in Settings.

Update download or install fails

If a download or install fails, the Updates page shows the error. Retry after confirming your connection is stable.
