Keyboard Shortcuts

Wayaframe includes keyboard shortcuts for project actions, timeline editing, canvas interaction, playback, text formatting, and recording. Open the shortcuts reference from the Keyboard shortcuts button at the bottom of the sidebar rail.

While transforming on the canvas, hold ⌥ / Option while dragging a corner handle to resize from the center. Hold ⌥ / Option while dragging a selection to duplicate and move it.

Text editing

These shortcuts are active when editing text inline on the canvas:

Recording

Recording shortcuts work globally, even when the app is in the background:

Recording shortcuts can be customized from the recording settings screen. Click the shortcut field and press the new key combination to replace it, or click clear to remove it.
