Getting Started

Tunedance organizes your work around albums. The fastest way to learn it is to create one album, generate one track, and play it back from the album workspace.

What Tunedance Is

Tunedance is built for music creation workflows that combine:

  • Album organization
  • AI-generated lyrics
  • Manual lyrics writing
  • Music generation from lyrics
  • Prompt-based soundtrack generation
  • Track download and playback

Before You Begin

Have these ready before you start:

  • A Tunedance account
  • A stable internet connection for sign-in and generation
  • Local disk space for generated audio, artwork, and downloads

If you need to confirm desktop setup first, read System Requirements.

Install The App

Download the current Tunedance desktop build for your operating system, install it, and launch the app.

When the app opens, continue with sign in or account creation.

Create Your Account

If you already have a Tunedance account, sign in with your email and password.

If you are new to Tunedance, create an account from the sign-up flow and then return to the desktop app.

If you cannot access your account, use the password reset flow before continuing.

Choose A Plan

Tunedance checks for an active subscription after sign in.

If your account does not have a plan yet, the app opens the plan selection screen. From there, you can:

  • Review the available plans
  • Choose the option that fits your workflow
  • Complete checkout in the browser when prompted
  • Return to the desktop app and continue

You can manage plans later from Billing & Subscription in Settings.

Create Your First Album

From the album library:

  1. Click New Album
  2. Enter an album name
  3. Open the album workspace

The album workspace is the main place where you create and organize tracks. From there, you can:

  • Start a new music flow
  • Start a new soundtrack flow
  • Rename or delete the album
  • Add or remove album artwork

Generate Your First Track

For a first pass, choose one of these two paths:

  1. Music
  2. Soundtrack

Music

Use the music workflow when you want to create a song from lyrics.

You can start in either mode:

  • Generate to create lyrics from a topic, duration, structure guidance, and model selection
  • Manual to write your own lyrics and keep control of the song structure

After lyrics are ready, continue to music generation. You can add musical style enhancements, enter a music prompt, and generate one or more tracks from the lyrics.

Soundtrack

Use the soundtrack workflow when you want instrumental or prompt-based audio.

Start with:

  • A soundtrack prompt
  • An optional negative prompt
  • The number of samples to generate
  • Optional style enhancements

Then generate soundtrack options and review the results in the album.

Review Your Results

Once a track is generated, you can manage it from the album track list.

Common next steps include:

  • Play the track back
  • Rename or delete the track
  • Download the audio file
  • Copy lyrics from generated music tracks
  • Export the track to Wayaframe when needed
