Song Art and Album Art

The music workflow in Tunedance can generate artwork automatically after a track is created.

Song Art

After music generation, Tunedance prepares a song art prompt using information such as:

  • the song title
  • the music topic
  • the lyrics
  • the music prompt
  • selected style enhancements

It then generates artwork for the track and saves the result to the track entry.

Album Art

If the album does not already have cover art, Tunedance can also generate album artwork for the album itself.

The album art prompt is based on the same overall song context, but it is written to feel more like a full album-cover concept than a single-track cover.

Prompt Goals

The art prompt builder is designed to produce art that feels like music packaging rather than a generic image.

In practice, Tunedance aims for:

  • authentic cover-art direction
  • strong composition and atmosphere
  • optional typography
  • no placeholder text, logos, or watermarks

Automatic Behavior

Song art generation runs against the new track.

Album art generation runs only when the album does not already have a cover image. That prevents the workflow from replacing an existing album cover every time you generate a new song.
