The Feedback & Suggestions modal is designed for product feedback rather than direct support requests.

When To Use This Form

Use this form when you want to:

  • report a product issue
  • suggest a workflow improvement
  • describe a confusing experience
  • request a feature

If you need help using the app right now, use Get Help instead.

What The Form Includes

The current form includes:

  • a required category
  • a required description
  • optional screenshots or videos
  • an email field for follow-up
  • a required consent checkbox

Feedback Categories

Tunedance currently groups feedback into these categories:

  • Music Generation
  • Soundtrack
  • AI Features
  • Export/Share
  • Crash/Stability
  • Performance
  • Suggestion
  • Other

Choose the category that best matches the problem or idea so the feedback reaches the right team faster.

Attachments

You can attach up to 5 files, with a maximum size of 200 MB per file.

The form accepts image and video files, which is useful when you need to show:

  • an error state
  • a confusing workflow
  • playback or generation behavior

If you are not signed in, attachment upload is disabled until you sign in.

You can include an email address so the team can follow up if more detail is needed.

Before submitting, you must confirm the consent checkbox that allows Tunedance to use the information to improve the product.

After Submission

Once the form is submitted, Tunedance shows a success message confirming that the feedback was received.
