Billing and Plan Issues

Billing-related problems usually show up as missing access, credit errors, or unavailable account actions.

No Active Plan After Sign-In

If you sign in and Tunedance does not find an active subscription, the app redirects to the plan selection flow.

If this seems unexpected:

  • confirm the correct account is signed in
  • refresh the plan state by reopening the app
  • verify the subscription completed successfully

Insufficient Credits

If generation fails because of credits, Tunedance shows a dedicated insufficient-credits modal rather than a generic retry error.

That usually means the account needs more available credits before generation can continue.

Billing Controls Are Missing

If you can see the billing page but cannot manage the plan, check whether the account is the owner.

The current Tunedance billing UI only allows account owners to manage subscription and billing actions.

Best Recovery Path

For billing and plan issues:

  1. confirm the correct account is signed in
  2. verify whether the account is the owner
  3. review current plan and credit state in Billing & Subscription
  4. complete any required upgrade or credit purchase before retrying generation
