Wayaframe includes a desktop Get Help flow that combines self-service resources with a built-in support contact form.

Start With Self-Service Resources

The current help modal first points you to two resources:

  • Academy
  • Documentation

It also includes a search field that opens the documentation site with your search query.

This makes it the fastest path when you need an answer before opening a support request.

Use The Contact Support Form

If you still need help, the same modal includes a contact-support form.

The current topic choices include:

  • General
  • Bug
  • Account
  • Billing
  • Feature
  • Other

What You Can Send

The support form currently supports:

  • A required topic
  • A required message
  • Optional image or video attachments
  • An email address for follow-up

If you are signed in, Wayaframe can prefill your email. If you are not signed in, you can still enter one manually.

Best Practices For Faster Help

To get a faster and more useful response:

  • Describe the exact action that failed
  • Mention whether the issue is on desktop or web
  • Include any visible error message text
  • Attach a screenshot or short recording when the problem is visual
