What You Can Report

The current feedback flow includes categories such as:

  • Recording
  • Editing
  • AI Features
  • Export & Share
  • Crash & Stability
  • Performance
  • Suggestion
  • Other

Choose the category that most closely matches the issue you are seeing.

What To Include

The most useful reports include:

  • A clear description of what happened
  • What you expected to happen instead
  • Steps that reproduce the issue
  • Any screenshots or screen recordings that show the problem

If the issue is project-specific, Wayaframe also lets you attach a project file.

Attachments

The current feedback flow supports:

  • Images
  • Videos
  • Project-file attachments

The file uploader can handle multiple attachments, and the submission flow shows upload progress while files are being sent.

Sign-In And Contact Details

If you are signed in, Wayaframe can prefill your email.

If you are not signed in, the modal still lets you provide an email address so the team can follow up.

The current flow also requires privacy-policy consent before submission.

When To Use This Instead Of Support

Use the bug-report flow when:

  • You can reproduce a product issue
  • The app is crashing or unstable
  • Performance is unusually poor
  • A project, export, or generation flow fails in a way that looks like a defect
